Engagements are on a retained, recurring basis typically up to 10 hours access per calendar month in the Service Fee.
Mandates are either ongoing (with notice period) or fixed-term.
Additional Time/Duties/Extras/Expenses will be charged in addition and as agreed.
Service Fee is invoiced in advance for the next calendar month. Additional Time/Duties/Extras are paid arrears. Expenses will be invoiced as they arise.
German VAT/Umsatzsteuer is due on top of the monthly Service Fee, on top of any Additional Time/Duties/Extras provided and on top of net Expenses, if any.
German VAT/Umsatzsteuer is currently 19%.

A common rhythm is two in-person sessions per month (eg 2-3 hours each), complemented by calls, ad-hoc support, and preparation time.

Yes. While our advisory session is normally one-to-one, formats can be adapted to include others, which would be charged accordingly.
